Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below. All definitions apply whether the terms are used in singular or plural form.

"8888gj," "we," "us," "our," "the Company," or "the Platform" refers to the operator of the 8888gj betting and casino platform, operating at 8888gj.net and its associated domains and subdomains, under the authority of an international gaming license.

"User," "you," "your," or "Player" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on the 8888gj platform, accesses the platform whether or not they have a registered account, or otherwise interacts with any 8888gj service or content.

"Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the 8888gj platform, identified by a unique username or registered Pakistani mobile number, and associated with a PKR-denominated balance and transaction history.

"Services" means all products, features, games, betting markets, promotions, payment functionalities, and support services made available through the 8888gj platform, including but not limited to cricket and PSL sportsbook betting, basketball betting, live casino games, slot games, Fortune Tree games, and account management tools.

"Platform Balance" or "PKR Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held within a User's 8888gj account, including deposits, winnings, and qualifying bonus funds, net of applicable wagers and withdrawals.

"Gaming License" means the international gaming authority license under which 8888gj operates, which governs the Company's obligations in relation to fair play, player fund protection, and regulatory compliance.

"KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification process required of all 8888gj account holders, including submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) and any additional supporting documentation requested by the Company.

References to "including" or "includes" are illustrative and non-exhaustive. Headings are for reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of any clause. These Terms & Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the 8888gj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between 8888gj and its Users.

Access to and use of the 8888gj platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or using any 8888gj Service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age requirement for 8888gj is 21 years. This requirement is non-negotiable and is applied without exception to all Users, regardless of location, device, or referral source.
• You are accessing the 8888gj platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not accessing the platform as a representative or agent of any person who fails to meet these eligibility requirements.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 8888gj, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been self-excluded from the 8888gj platform or placed under a voluntary exclusion arrangement with 8888gj that remains in effect.
• You are opening and maintaining only one account on the 8888gj platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to request additional proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to requests for a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, a recent utility bill as proof of address, or a selfie with identification for enhanced verification purposes. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access any functional Services on the 8888gj platform, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. The registration process requires provision of, at minimum, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a username, and a secure password. You undertake to keep all account information accurate and to update it promptly if any information changes.

Each natural person is entitled to hold only one 8888gj account. The Company employs technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent the creation of duplicate accounts, including cross-referencing mobile numbers, CNIC data, device identifiers, and payment method details. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8888gj login credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication details. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

8888gj reserves the right to request re-verification of identity at any point during the lifecycle of an account, including at the time of any withdrawal request, where the Company has reason to believe account security has been compromised, or where regulatory requirements mandate additional checks. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of continued access to the platform.

8888gj accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All deposits are credited to your 8888gj account in PKR without currency conversion or processing fees applied by the platform.

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the 8888gj deposit page. The minimum deposit threshold may vary by payment method. 8888gj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposit sources must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits from sources linked to third parties will be returned and the account may be subject to review.

By initiating a deposit, you represent that:

• All funds deposited are from a legitimate source and do not constitute proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity.
• The payment method belongs to you and you are authorised to use it for this purpose.
• You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.
• You are depositing voluntarily and have not been induced to deposit by any misleading or deceptive communication from 8888gj or any third party.

8888gj reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its reasonable discretion, including where fraud detection systems flag a transaction, where the source of funds cannot be adequately verified, or where regulatory obligations require it. In such cases, the Company will return the funds to the originating payment method where technically feasible.

Withdrawals from your 8888gj account are available to all fully KYC-verified account holders. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the account dashboard. Funds will be transferred to the payment method on record for the account — withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will not be processed.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within three to five minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within the same banking day.

8888gj does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 8888gj's control and responsibility. Large withdrawals may require additional documentation or enhanced verification under the Company's anti-money laundering obligations. The Company reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where fraud prevention or AML requirements necessitate further review.

All sports betting activity on 8888gj — including cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League), basketball, and all other markets — is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the 8888gj Sportsbook Rules documentation. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to, and do not supersede, those sport-specific rules.

Odds displayed on the 8888gj platform are quoted in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is accepted and confirmed by the platform. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the point of confirmation — subsequent changes to displayed odds do not affect accepted bets.

8888gj reserves the right to void any bet, either before or after settlement, in the following circumstances:

• Where the odds were manifestly incorrect as a result of a technical error or human error in the pricing process.
• Where a bet was placed on a market that should not have been available for wagering under applicable rules, including markets inadvertently opened after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not intended.
• Where the outcome of an event is credibly alleged to have been manipulated or fixed, pending the conclusion of any official investigation.
• Where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions or in connection with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.

Void bets result in a full refund of the staked amount to the Player's 8888gj account balance. In accumulator or multiple bets, voided selections are treated as non-runners — the accumulator remains valid with the remaining selections, with the stake proportionally adjusted.

All casino games and slot titles available on the 8888gj platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game title are published within the game panel and are accessible to all registered users. 8888gj does not alter, manipulate, or otherwise interfere with certified game outcomes.

Live dealer casino games — including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and poker — are operated by certified live casino providers whose studios and dealing procedures are subject to independent regulatory oversight. The dealing of cards and the operation of roulette wheels in live games are physical actions conducted in real-time; they are not simulated or RNG-based.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino or slot game session — including disconnection, game freeze, or incomplete round — 8888gj's system will record the state of the game at the point of interruption. Outstanding game rounds will be completed based on this recorded state where technically possible. If a round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's account balance.

8888gj may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback arrangements, loyalty rewards, and other promotional benefits to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum bonus amounts. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that specific promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all 8888gj bonuses unless otherwise expressly stated:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same bonus will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account review.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full. Wagering requirements specify the total value of eligible bets required, and the games or bet types that qualify toward completion.
• 8888gj reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after activation, any bonus funds not yet met by wagering requirements will be removed from the account balance; real money funds are unaffected.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus terms is considered prohibited conduct under Section 9.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8888gj platform. The occurrence of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where required by law, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account per individual, whether under the same name or a different name.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any subsequent identity verification stage.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating or enabling access by any person under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the platform in a manner not authorised by 8888gj.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing error to obtain an unfair advantage, including placing bets on odds manifestly set in error.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any arrangement designed to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event for the purpose of betting profit.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, using third-party funds to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to extract bonus value.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or using 8888gj for any money laundering purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward 8888gj support staff or other platform users.

8888gj reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances: where prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 is suspected or confirmed; where KYC requirements are not met within a reasonable timeframe; where regulatory obligations require it; or where the account has been inactive for an extended period.

Where an account is closed by 8888gj for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and regulatory obligations.

Players may also close their own 8888gj account voluntarily at any time by contacting 8888gj support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day. Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gambling measure — rather than simply terminating their membership — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion function described in Section 11, which carries additional safeguards against re-registration.

8888gj is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gambling environment for all Pakistani players. The Company recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and provides a range of tools and resources to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 8888gj account holders directly from the account dashboard, without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum deposit amounts on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Deposit limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period. Loss limits take effect immediately on activation.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable notifications that alert you when you have been actively logged in to 8888gj for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account pause of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. The account is deactivated during the cool-off period and reactivates automatically at the end of the chosen period. No communication from 8888gj marketing will be sent during cool-off.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure for responsible gambling purposes. Self-exclusion activates within one hour of the request and applies a minimum exclusion period. Re-registration attempts during a self-exclusion period will be identified and the new account closed.

8888gj's responsible gaming policies are reviewed and assessed in accordance with requirements under our international gaming authority license. The Company conducts proactive monitoring for signs of problem gambling behaviour and may reach out to Players or impose protective restrictions where such behaviour is identified, independent of any Player-initiated tool activation.

All content on the 8888gj platform — including but not limited to the 8888gj brand name, logo, domain name, platform design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, game interfaces, odds data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8888gj or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8888gj platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit any of the following:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or commercially exploiting any part of the 8888gj platform or its content without prior written consent from the Company.
• Modifying, adapting, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the 8888gj platform software.
• Using the 8888gj brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies an association, endorsement, or sponsorship relationship not expressly authorised by the Company.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the 8888gj platform by automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8888gj shall not be liable to any User for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with:

• The outcome of any bet, wager, or casino game placed or played on the 8888gj platform, where outcomes have been generated by certified RNG systems or by live casino dealing procedures in accordance with applicable rules.
• Any interruption, suspension, delay, or unavailability of the 8888gj platform or any of its Services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a User's 8888gj account resulting from the User's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• Any decision made by a User on the basis of information, odds, or content displayed on the platform that contains errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, where such errors are corrected in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Losses arising from the use of the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is subject to legal restrictions applicable to the User.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The 8888gj platform is provided "as is" and the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any Service.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and 8888gj in connection with these Terms & Conditions or any Services provided through the platform, the following procedure applies:

Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Contact 8888gj customer support via live chat or email at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute, the date and time of the relevant transaction or event, and any supporting reference numbers. The Company will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the Company's initial response, you may escalate your complaint by requesting escalation to the Company's Compliance department in writing. Escalated complaints will receive a formal final response within 14 business days.

Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: Where the dispute remains unresolved following exhaustion of the Company's internal complaint procedure, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory body under whose license 8888gj operates. Details of the relevant regulatory body and its complaint procedures are available from 8888gj's compliance team upon request.

8888gj reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, or operational policies. Any material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on record with the account, or by prominent notice on the 8888gj platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate effect is required by regulatory obligation or emergency circumstances.

Your continued use of the 8888gj platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account, with any verified real money balance returned to you in accordance with Section 10. The current version of the Terms & Conditions, with the effective date noted, is always available at 8888gj.net/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions, and all matters arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8888gj's international gaming authority license is issued. The applicable gaming authority's regulatory framework governs player protection, dispute resolution escalation rights, and compliance obligations as described in these Terms & Conditions.

For the avoidance of doubt, 8888gj's commitment to Pakistani players includes adherence to the spirit of consumer protection principles applicable in Pakistan, insofar as these are consistent with the Company's gaming license obligations. The Company acknowledges its user base is primarily located in Pakistan and designs its platform policies, payment infrastructure, customer support, and responsible gaming tools with the needs of Pakistani players as a primary operational consideration.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of any one provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. Any reference to "current Terms" or "these Terms" in communications from 8888gj refers to the version published at 8888gj.net/terms-conditions as of the stated effective date.
